Own quality systems and standards across manufacturing and delivery.
Build and run the quality management system: inspection standards, non-conformance handling, supplier quality, and continuous improvement.
You are the last line of defence between a production issue and a client or field failure.
Requirements
- Six or more years in quality assurance or quality management, manufacturing preferred
- Experience implementing or running a QMS (ISO 9001, AS9100, or similar)
- Comfortable holding the line on standards under production pressure
Nice to have
- Aerospace, defence, or electronics QA experience
- AS9100 or defence-standard QMS experience
