How your data is handled
Before you upload, you agree that your resume is added to the Helix talent pool. Hiring companies only ever see an anonymised version - no name, employers or contact details - and any introduction goes through a Helix consultant. Email addresses, links and phone numbers are stripped before the text is scored by the matching model; names and employers are not, so treat that step as privacy hygiene, not anonymisation. You can ask for your resume to be removed at any time at information@helixhumancapital.in.
