5. Formal Legal Notice Service Protocol

5.2 Required Legal Content: Any formal legal notice served on the Company must state: (a) full legal identity and corporate registration of the issuing party; (b) precise contractual or statutory basis of the claim; (c) relevant Helix Order ID / Role Brief Reference; and (d) specific relief demanded. Notices failing to fulfill these requirements shall be deemed invalidly served.
6. Operating Business Hours
Standard Corporate Operating Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST (Indian Standard Time). Communications received outside operational hours or on gazetted public holidays in Haryana/Delhi shall be logged and processed on the next business day.
