Business Development Lead — Workspace & GCC Solutions
Lead workspace and real estate origination for our GCC practice. IPC background essential.
Own origination and closing for the workspace side of our GCC and enterprise mandates — managed office, built-to-suit, and multi-city portfolio requirements for clients scaling into India.
You will sit between occupiers and operators: reading a client's headcount plan, translating it into a real estate requirement, and running the commercial process through to signed agreement.
This is a senior individual-contributor-plus role. You carry a number, you own your relationships, and you are expected to bring a market with you.
Requirements
- Seven to ten years in commercial real estate transactions or occupier advisory
- IPC experience is essential — JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Colliers, Savills or equivalent
- Track record closing office transactions with enterprise or GCC occupiers
- An existing network across developers, operators, and occupier decision-makers
- Comfortable owning commercial terms end to end, not passing them to a desk behind you
Nice to have
- Managed office, flex, or built-to-suit transaction experience
- Exposure to GCC or ODC setup mandates
- Coverage across more than one Indian market
- Relationships with peer BD professionals worth bringing into the practice
