Head of Marketing — Revenue & Performance
Own marketing as a revenue line — ABM, performance, and agentic AI systems. Not a branding seat.
Own the entire marketing function against a revenue number. You will run demand generation end to end: account-based programmes for named enterprise targets, performance marketing with real CAC and payback discipline, and the content and positioning that make both work.
This is explicitly not a brand-and-social role. Brand matters here because it converts; if your record is awareness metrics and follower growth without a pipeline number attached, this will not be the right seat.
We expect you to build agentic systems into the function — AI agents that run research, enrichment, sequencing, creative iteration, and reporting — so a lean team operates with the output of a much larger one.
You will report to leadership, own the budget, and be measured on pipeline and revenue influenced, not activity.
Requirements
- Fifteen to eighteen years in B2B marketing, with recent ownership of a revenue or pipeline target
- Demonstrable record of growing revenue — specific numbers, attribution you can defend
- Deep account-based marketing experience against named enterprise accounts
- Hands-on performance marketing: paid acquisition, funnel economics, CAC, LTV, and payback
- Proven ability to design and ship AI agents and agentic workflows inside a marketing function
- Full-funnel ownership end to end — strategy, campaign, execution, measurement, iteration
- Comfortable being accountable, in writing, for a number
Nice to have
- Built a marketing function from a standing start or through a step change in scale
- Enterprise, real estate, workspace, or professional services background
- Managed both an in-house team and external agencies
- Marketing automation and CRM architecture ownership
