Advise client organisations on Indian labour compliance, POSH, and people-operations design.
Deliver fractional HR and compliance engagements: statutory registers, POSH programmes, policy frameworks, and the operating rhythm that keeps a growing company clean.
You will work across several client organisations at once, so judgement about what actually matters beats box-ticking.
Requirements
- Five or more years in HR generalist, HR business partner, or compliance roles in India
- Working knowledge of Indian labour law, payroll statutes, and POSH requirements
- Able to write policy that a non-HR founder can read and follow
Nice to have
- Consulting or multi-client experience
- GCC or multi-entity compliance exposure
Education
Bachelor's degree; MBA in HR or equivalent practical experience
