Own operations end to end across UAV manufacturing, supply chain, and delivery.
Run day-to-day operations across manufacturing, procurement, and delivery for our UAV and tactical systems programmes, reporting directly to leadership.
You set the cadence: production plans, vendor SLAs, quality gates, and on-time delivery against programme milestones.
Requirements
- Eight or more years in operations leadership, manufacturing or hardware preferred
- Experience managing supply chain and production timelines at scale
- Comfortable owning P&L-adjacent decisions
Nice to have
- Defence, aerospace, or UAV sector experience
