You will work directly with practice partners on live mandates and own the research quality that a shortlist stands on.

Requirements

  • Three or more years in executive search, talent research, or leadership hiring
  • Strong market-mapping and long-list construction skills
  • Confident engaging senior professionals over call and email

Nice to have

  • Experience on CXO or board-level mandates
  • Sector specialisation in tech or BFSI
