Requirements
- Fifteen or more years in finance leadership, CA, CFA, or MBA-Finance preferred
- Track record building financial systems and controls in a growth-stage or multi-entity company
- Comfortable operating across services, manufacturing, and capital-intensive business lines at once
Nice to have
- Experience raising capital or managing investor relationships
- Manufacturing or defence-sector finance leadership experience
