Requirements
- Five or more years managing bids or proposals, government/defence tendering preferred
- Meticulous attention to compliance requirements and submission deadlines
- Strong writing skills and comfortable coordinating input from multiple technical teams
Nice to have
- GeM, defence procurement (DPP/DAP), or PSU tendering experience
- Experience with EMD, bank guarantees, and tender documentation
